1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of limitless-mgt.com, operated by Limitless Management Holdings LLC, trading as Limitless Management ("Limitless", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your location to use the application. By applying, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may stop communicating with an applicant or request reasonable age verification if necessary.

3. The website and application

The website provides general information about our creator management and marketing services. An application is only a request to discuss a potential working relationship. It does not guarantee acceptance, create an agency, employment, partnership or management relationship, or require either party to proceed.

Any services, fees, responsibilities, content boundaries and other commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement if we decide to work together.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current application information;
• use the website only for lawful purposes;
• respect the rights, privacy and safety of others;
• avoid submitting passwords, payment information, identity documents, explicit content or unlawful material through the form;
• not impersonate another person, interfere with the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site, or use automated systems to submit applications without permission.

5. No earnings or results guarantee

Creator earnings and growth vary. They depend on factors including content, audience, consistency, platform rules, market conditions and individual decisions. Past results, examples, screenshots, case studies and testimonials are illustrative and are not typical results or promises of future income, ranking, followers or other outcomes. You remain responsible for assessing whether any proposed working relationship is suitable for you.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its branding, design, text, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Limitless and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit its content without written permission, except where law allows it.

OnlyFans and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Limitless is an independent management agency and is not owned, operated or endorsed by OnlyFans.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to social media, messaging platforms and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, availability or content.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability for claims arising solely from website use will not exceed USD $100.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live, claims relating to the website will be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, please email a written notice to info@limitless-mgt.com describing the issue and the resolution sought. Both sides will try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Changes apply from publication. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement governing website use and do not replace any separate signed management agreement.
