1. Who we are

Limitless Management Holdings LLC, trading as Limitless Management ("Limitless", "we", "us" or "our"), is a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate the website at limitless-mgt.com and act as the controller or business responsible for personal information collected through it.

2. Who this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to our website and people who apply to discuss creator management services. The website and application are only for adults aged 18 or over. Do not apply if you are under 18.

3. Information we collect

When you submit the application form, we collect:

• your name, phone number and country;
• an optional social media handle;
• your experience stage, goals and other details you provide;
• your confirmation that you are at least 18; and
• your agreement to be contacted about the application.

We also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request, device, browser, network and security information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and similar data on our behalf.

Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment information, explicit content or other sensitive material through the website. Identity and payment information required later in a working relationship is collected outside this website under the applicable onboarding process and agreement.

Call bookings and connected calendars

When you book a call, we store your name, email address, selected time, timezone, optional notes and booking status to arrange and manage it. Your host and Hunter can access these details. Google Calendar processes the event and sends calendar invitations; our email provider Resend may also send a confirmation. Our website hosting database stores the booking.

Calendar connections are limited to authorised team members. We encrypt saved Google access credentials and use connected calendars to check busy times and create or update bookings. Calendar event details are not displayed to visitors. Private booking links allow cancellation and rescheduling; keep these links private. Team sign-in uses necessary session cookies. You can revoke calendar access in your Google account.

To request deletion of booking information or a saved calendar connection, contact info@limitless-mgt.com. Cancelling a call does not automatically delete its booking record. Booking records currently require manual deletion by the team.

4. How and why we use it

We use personal information to:

• receive, review and respond to your application;
• assess whether a potential working relationship is suitable;
• arrange and manage follow-up conversations you request;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
• prevent spam, fraud and misuse; and
• meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent to contact you, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in reviewing applications and securing our services, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent to future contact at any time.

We do not add applicants to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use automated decision-making to accept or reject applications.

5. Who receives it

Applications may be accessed by James Hunter and authorized management team members where needed to review and respond. Application details may be moved to our business email system for follow-up.

Service providers that host, secure or support the website, database and business email may process information only to provide those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not disclose application information to unrelated parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with applicants internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards for these transfers.

7. How long we keep applications

If a working relationship does not proceed, we normally delete the website application and related application emails within 90 days of the last meaningful contact. We may keep limited information longer where reasonably necessary for an active conversation, legal or regulatory duties, fraud and security prevention, or legal claims.

If a working relationship begins, relevant information becomes part of our onboarding and business records and is retained under the applicable agreement, privacy information and legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the dedicated onboarding process for sensitive documents rather than sending them through the application form.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to your local data protection authority. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions.

To make a request, email info@limitless-mgt.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request and the application phone number. James Hunter is the privacy contact. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and respond within 30 days. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. If an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain why and give a new response date. We ordinarily do not charge a fee.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@limitless-mgt.com.
